I love this app i was 24 hrs on it but now its not opening on my device i have iPhone 6 and I updated my phone and the app to the newest update but its not working idk why plz tell me the problem

Very bad App
I’m a new customer 3 days before I installed Shahid and subscribed one year membership then i deleted my account because in the beginning it works ok but any time i tried to continue my profile to add my home devices i wasn’t able to sign into my account always error wrong password, then i went through forgot my password but never succeeded it sticks on loading loading nonstop loading.
I tried to contact customer service no answer, emails no answer. Then I canceled my membership. Thank you for your support.
Shahid on my Samsung tv
Where do I start. Too big of a promise that does so little. Unreliable. App hangs very often so I have to sign out give it few minutes and try to get in again. Then it buffers despite having fiber unlimited and my Netflix never does that. Then shahid is unavailable due to url down or changed. I tend to uninstall and reinstall hoping it works. Movies are dubbed to Khaleejeyeh accent and I can’t change it
